About Natalia

I write about starting small businesses with a purpose — because I wish someone had written this for me.

I started my first business at a kitchen table with no savings, no network and a stubborn belief that I could be useful to people. It took me two years of expensive mistakes to learn what could have been explained in an afternoon.

Since then I've helped hundreds of people take their own first steps: carers, teachers, nurses, coaches and makers who wanted their work to mean something. Almost none of them needed a business degree. They needed clarity, a first customer, and someone to tell them they weren't being ridiculous.

Natalia info is where I keep everything I'd tell a friend over coffee — free, direct, and written for people who want to help others for a living.

What I believe

Plain language

If a step needs a glossary, it's explained badly.

Small first steps

Momentum beats master plans every single time.

People before profit

Serve well and the money follows. Not the reverse.

Where to start

Begin with the questions everyone asks before their first client.
